Marketing Development Executive (Agriculture)

Job Description

• To promote Company’s products to potential planters, weeding contractors, growers etc. through organized forums or meetings.
• To plan and conduct field trials or demonstrations in estates, government land schemes or private farms.
• To provide timely and accurate market intelligence of competitors activities, users perceptions and market developments.
• To implement marketing plans and sales promotion programs timely and accurately.
• To build and maintain strong relationship with dealers, sub-dealers and users.
• To liaise with the Regional Technical & Administrative staff of estates and government agencies.
• To assist dealers in servicing and coordinating promotional activities at the sub-dealers.
• Organize promotional Sales Talk with the support from Commercial & Technical Team.
• Travel 80% of your time to meet prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationship with Key Customers.
• Maintain and use CRM Tools to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Provide accurate monthly Sales Forecast to support operation inventory controls.
• Submit Weekly/Monthly Report to update market condition and competitive environment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess Degree in Agriculture and related field
• At least 2 years relevant working experiences in related field and I experience in agricultural plantation would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in software skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and organisation ability and proven performance in problem solving.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia.
• Required a multi-language or multi dialect person
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, Mandarin and others will be an advantages
