• Actively in sourcing material including sundry material and service needed to support smooth factory operations.
• Tracking supplier delivery and quality performance
• Maintain updated records
• Assist in overseeing smooth operation of administration related task
• Perform general administrative work related to Purchasing and Administration task
• Issue Purchase Requisition and convert Purchase Order.
• Update daily Incoming Containers & Lorries/Container Haulage
• Apply Import Permit.
• Submit shipping documents to Forwarders & ensure Containers are hauled in timely.
• Issue consignment note for schedule waste & Delivery Order for non-schedule waste.
• Perform administrative functions such as renewal of road tax/MPK license / Motor insurance. Etc.
• Preparing export shipping documents/liaison with Forwarders for import shipments
• Minimum Certificate in Business Administration / Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, Import/Export Shipment
• Good communication skills.
• Able to write and speak in Malay and English.
• Can start on 01/11/2022 till 23/11/2023 for 3 months duration
