Sales Executive (Based in Penang)

Job Description

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that ensure long-term growth.
• Customer Management: Take charge of a diverse customer portfolio, achieve sales targets, and ensure timely payment collection.
• Engagement and Promotion: Coordinate and conduct promotional talks, build and maintain robust client relationships, and travel extensively to expand our reach.
• Market Expansion: Drive sales of new products and regularly submit insightful market reports that influence product offerings and strategies.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Required: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the agriculture sector.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to cater to a diverse client base.
• Independence: Strong ability to work autonomously and chase down sales opportunities with vigor.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Able to speak in Mandarin will be an additional advantage.
