Techno Commercial Executive

Job Description

We are a leading agrochemical company seeking a Techno Commercial Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a results-driven and technically proficient individual who is passionate about agriculture and field-based customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote the company’s products to planters, weeding contractors, growers, and other stakeholders through organized forums, meetings, and field events.
• Plan and conduct field trials or product demonstrations across private estates, agency estates, smallholders, and government schemes.
• Gather and report accurate market intelligence including competitor activities, customer feedback, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, estate suppliers, and end-users to ensure sustained business growth.
• Liaise with decision-makers at estate headquarters and government agencies to support promotional and field-based initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns effectively.
• Provide technical support to users and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
• Expand and grow the market share of company products by engaging directly with end-users.
• Deliver after-sales support through estate visits, phone consultations, and face-to-face engagements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, technical support or agrochemical marketing (fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments.
• Proficient in preparing reports and presenting technical information.
