Prepare raw materials and support production operations, equipment checks and workplace safety. This role reports to the Amination / Formulation Supervisor.
• Prepare raw materials and start production machinery or equipment in the Amination / Formulation department, reporting to the Amination / Formulation Supervisor.
• Handle raw materials using hoists or forklifts, and transfer chemicals and finished products to storage tanks or reactors.
• Record meter readings, scheduled waste labels, and production dates and times.
• Clean work areas, machinery and equipment; carry out minor repairs such as replacing damaged or worn parts.
• Monitor equipment for faults, notify process operators of malfunctions, and participate in safety, health and environmental programmes.
• Minimum SRP / SPM qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic numeracy and the ability to read and record production data.
• Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia / English and follow oral and written instructions.
• Hardworking and physically fit; dependable, ethical and trustworthy.
